London Fashion Week Men’s has unveiled its provisional schedule for next season and the emphasis is very much on youth and gender fluidity. The three-day season lists 42 separate events, four less than in June 2018.
“This really was unexpected,” smiles Masayuki Ino, the 39-year-old winner of the LVMH Prize 2018. Another year and Ino couldn’t even have entered the competition, seeing as he is 39, and entrants have to be less than 40.
The designers who made the cut include London-based UK labels "A-Cold-Wall" by Samuel Ross, and Charles Jeffrey's "Charles Jeffrey Loverboy," as well as the US-based brand "Eckhaus Latta" by Zoe Latta and Mike Eckhaus.
