Sachin Bansal, co-founder of e-commerce giant Flipkart, has mounted a court challenge against India's financial crime-fighting agency, which has accused him and others of violation of foreign investment laws.
Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal has invested in Rupeek, a business that offers loans against gold jewellery and heirlooms. The Bengaluru-based business has raised a total of $60 million from a group of investors.
Following Purple Style Labs’ (PSL) acquisition of Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, the latter's founder, Pernia Qureshi, has now stepped down as Creative Head of the platform. PSL also said it has invested in House of Masaba.
