As the first edition of the reunited show Who's Next – Prêt à Porter Paris closed its doors last Tuesday, its organizers have drawn up the new era’s first statistical report. WSN Development announced that it identified exactly 65,682 visitors in the six halls of which the show was comprised. Unlike Prêt à Porter Paris, which is officially fairly balanced between French and international presence, this new show is more like Who's Next, in terms of its attendees being mostly French. These represented 68% of visitors in this edition.

WSN Development has already announced that the international promotion of the exhibition will become the top priority for its staff going forward, with the aim of attaining a rate of 50% foreign visitors within two years.

Europe has been responsible for three quarters of the foreign contingent, led by Italy (18% of foreigners at the show), Belgium and Spain (10% each), Britain (6%) and Switzerland (4%). Asia provided 12% of foreign visitors, the Americas 4% and Africa 3%.

For the organizers, the strong French presence, up to about 44,000 participants, demonstrates that "sales do not constitute a major obstacle to show attendance." A fact that they will have to verify before the first summer edition of the exhibition which will begin on June 30th this year, on the first Saturday of the sales in France.
