Vila launches Valentine Gauthier capsule

It’s go-time for a Valentine Gauthier capsule for Vila. As we reported in spring, the Danish affordable fashion brand had recruited the French designer to create a premium mini-line. The Danish brand wanted something “Frenchy” for the stylish collection.

For the twentieth anniversary of Vila, Valentine Gauthier was asked to incorporate the idea of a “luxurious island" and to create a "gift" for its clients, according to the retailer. Ten pieces will be launched on October 11 in Vila’s store network in a dozen northern European countries. 

The capsule, which emphasizes materials rarely used by Vila such as the silk and wool used in the coats, will also become available on its online store, making it accessible to countries where the brand is not present in terms of physical stores, such as France.

Prices will range from 150 and 200 euros for dresses, blouses, and of course a little more for coats.
