Versace creates interiors for new luxury London homes

Italy's Versace Home will create the lobby, amenities and interiors for a new luxury development in London, the Aykon Nine Elms.

The 50-storey, 360-unit tower will be located in the Nine Elms regeneration area right next to Battersea, and will be the first private residence project of scale in London to be fully designed and conceptualized by a luxury fashion house.

Amenities will include a state of the art gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and spa, an owners lounge, children's play area, roof garden and cinema, all designed by Versace Home. Not to mention its close proximity to the luxury shopping destinations of Knightsbridge and Mayfair, Chelsea and the planned Linear Park.

The real estate market in London continues to grow and has a solid year-on-year price growth of circa 6%.
