Tom Ford Beauty names new SVP and Global General Manager

Estée Lauder announced this week that it has named Guillaume Jesel Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Tom Ford Beauty. Guillaume, who has served 14 years at Estée Lauder, will now work alongside Tom Ford himself at Tom Ford Beauty, and John Dempsey, Group President of Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

“Guillaume is incredible,” said Tom Ford. “A great talent, a brilliant business man, and a wonderful leader. I could not be more pleased to have him as Tom Ford Beauty’s Global General Manager. His experience is invaluable as we launch in China and continue to build our beauty business internationally.”
 
“Guillaume has already had a major impact on the brand, and we are confident that his leadership skills and his experience in the world of cosmetics will help this brand grow into a major powerhouse,” says John Demsey.

Guillaume has held a number of positions at Estée Lauder Companies including Vice President, Global Makeup Marketing for the Estée Lauder brand, and Senior Vice President of Global North America Marketing for M·A·C Cosmetics. Guillaume also held marketing positions in the Lâncome division at L’Oréal.
