Safilo launches its line for children

As reported by FashionMag.com in December, Safilo is looking to amp up the power of its own brands. The Italian eyewear creator, which currently generates most of its 1.1 billion euros in revenue through its licenses (Dior, Fendi, Hugo Boss, MaxMara…), has thus launched Safilo Kids.
Presented in Milan at the Mido trade fair, which ended this Monday the 2nd, this line of eyeglasses designed in cooperation with pediatric opthalmologists answers to the specific needs of children 0 to 8 years old. Made in Italy, these models are made of light, hypoallergenic and even organic materials (rubber and polymer.
