Puma names new Chief Compliance Officer
Sporting goods manufacturer Puma has named Raliza Koleva to the position of Chief Compliance Officer at the Herzogenaurach, Germany-based company. She will assume her new role immediately. She will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's auditing and corporate policies. She joined Puma's legal department in 2014.
Dr. Raliza Koleva will report directly to Puma CEO Bjørn Gulden in her new role. The 38-year-old executive will also continue in her advisory role as head of governance for Puma's managing directors and the Board of Directors, reporting in this capacity to Global Director Legal Affairs Jochen Lederhilger.
The graduate lawyer has experience in international corporations and is a proven expert in the fields of corporate, capital market law and compliance.
