Privalia sells Dress-For-Less to managment team
Leading German outlet platform Dress-For-Less is independent again, as Privalia ends a four-year relationship with its German business to strategically focus on its core operations in Spain, Italy, Mexico and Brazil.
The e-commerce platform was sold to its management team, led by Managing Director Antonio Gonzalo, for an undisclosed sum. Dress-For-Less will concentrate now on its core business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as in Northern Europe.
Created in 1999 by Mirco Schultis, the online platform offers premium brands at up to a 70% discount, with some 1,000 new products added every month across all categories.
The company, headquartered in Kelsterbach, Germany, receives nearly 1 million orders a year and ships to over 60 countries.
