Poshmark launches Posh Now in-app updates

Poshmark on Tuesday launched Posh Now, a live content experience for commerce. The new app provides in-app updates from Seller Stylists who list products live in the app.

 
Posh Now gives users the opportunity to stay updated when their favorite Seller Stylists upload new items. With Stylists uploading products in real-time, users won’t be able to miss out on items due to high demand.

Poshmark was inspired to launch Posh Now after Ashton Kutcher launched his closet on the app and saw his products sell out within seconds. The social marketplace then decided to launch live, in-app updates. The new app also helps Seller Stylists connect with customers.

"As consumers adopt the live sharing trend across social media platforms, we realized the incredible demand from the Poshmark community to also engage in real-time to build deeper connections around personal style," said Manish Chandra, founder and CEO of Poshmark. "Posh Now allows any Seller Stylist to instantly share new inventory as soon as it's live, enabling their customers to have a more connected shopping experience every time they open the app."
