In 2005, Christopher Nying and Jockum Hallin designed a small collection of t-shirts with the most cutting-edge Swedish stores in mind.

Since then, Ricardos Klaren has joined the duo in the venture. The brand has quickly established itself as a major player in Scandinavian contemporary ready-to-wear. With its comprehensive and polished collections, its work on basics and regular references to streetwear, Our Legacy has quickly been compared to APC.

The brand has adopted a premium positioning with shirts starting at 120 euros, pants at 160 euros, sweaters at 170 euros and blazers from 360 euros.

The Stockholm-based brand has some 250 points of sale throughout the world, with one single-brand store in the Swedish capital and another in Gothenburg. And it has just opened its first store abroad. With rising popularity in the UK market and the strong performance of its shop-in-shop in Liberty in London, the brand has just opened in Soho. The store, located at 1 Silver Place mixes wood, steel and glass over a white background.

The brand may soon be looking toward the United States, to cities such as New York and Los Angeles.
