Mr Porter launches “The World’s Best Shoes” campaign
To commemorate the launch of its newest campaign, the award-winning global retail platform for men will welcome eight exclusive footwear capsule collections across a variety of specialist shoemakers and leading designer brands, including the likes of Edward Green, Grenson, Officine Creative and Viberg, among others.
The e-commerce website is also launching the latest Yeezy x adidas Originals, the adidas “Primeknit” Stan Smiths, and a selection of the new Nike Tier Zero sneaker styles throughout the month of October.
“Since launching Mr Porter we have always aimed to offer our global audience the world’s best shoe brands, whether they are sneakers from New York or handmade shoes from Northampton or espadrilles from Spain. We now believe that we truly do have an unparalleled selection with the best edit under one digital roof,” said Mr Porter Buying and Sales Director, Toby Bateman.
The retail destination, which enhanced the on-site experience of its “Shoe” landing page to feature easy-to-navigate shopping tools, will also publish dedicated issues of the online edition of The Journal and bimonthly newspaper The Mr Porter Post with its stories of its vast shoe offering.
In addition to the expansion of its shoe edit, Mr Porter will introduce four Instagram contests for its followers. The first, beginning on October 1st, will require contestants to share a picture of themselves wearing their favourite footwear pieces. The prize will be a pair of shoes of their own choice, plus a £1,000 gift voucher.
