Kering: Yves Egeileh new head of mergers & acquisitions
With the establishment of the new Kering Eyewear entity, which should be operational by the end of June, the French luxury giant is hiring, while redistributing its internal resources. It has thus appointed Yves Egeileh head of mergers & acquisitions, succeeding Charles de Fleurieu, who has been named head of Kering eyewear Japan as of this April 1, according to a company press release.
The financial manager, who has more than ten years of experience with mergers and acquisitions both in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and the United States, will report to Kering CEO Jean-Marc Duplaix.
A graduate of ESCP (European Business School), Yves Egeileh began his career in France in 2003 at the auditing firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 2005, he joined the Investment Banking division of JP Morgan in London as an analyst/associate, before being promoted to vice president - mergers & acquisitions in 2012.
