Iconix Brand names Executive Vice President and CFO

Iconix Brand Group has announced that it has named industry veteran, David K. Jones, as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

 
"I am pleased to welcome David to the Iconix management team," commented Neil Cole, Chief Executive Officer, Iconix Brand Group. "He has proven experience as the CFO of a multi-billion dollar public company, and has the technical, financial, and strategic skills required to successfully lead Iconix as our Chief Financial Officer."
 
Jones served twelve years with Penske Automotive Group, an international transportation services company, as the EVP and CFO of Euopean Operations. Prior to Penske, he served 11 years at Andersen LLP and is a certified public accountant.

Jones stated, "I am excited to join Iconix, and to be a part of this dynamic, highly profitable and strong cash generating Company. Neil and the entire Iconix team have built a very successful business and I look forward to working with them to continue to grow the Company's global platform." 
 
He will lead all of Iconix’s finance and technology functions and will report directly to CEO Neil Cole.
