Deckers names Dave Powers President

The American footwear group (Ugg, Teva...) has promoted Dave Powers to president. He will now oversee the company’s omni-channel strategy as well as each of the brand teams.

Formerly at Converse, Powers joined Deckers in 2012 as president of direct to consumer. He most recently served as president of omni-channel.  

For its third quarter ending on December 31, 2014, Deckers recorded sales up 6.6% at 784.7 million dollars. The net result of the American footwear group (Ugg, Teva...) was 149 million dollars, up 11%.
