Coty adds digital marketing firm to portfolio

Following Coty’s announcement to merge 43 Procter & Gamble brands into the company in July, the American beauty company is now strengthening its digital marketing strategies with the acquisition of Beamly, a cutting-edge digital marketing firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Beamly is a digital marketing firm based in New York and London


Coty will benefit from Beamly’s suite of social data benchmarking, content creation, content optimization and consumer engagement tools to deliver its brand strategies. 

The Beamly team will continue to be led by its CEO Jason Forbes and supervised by Coty’s Executive Vice President, Camillo Pane.
