Aeffe has found a new CEO for Moschino and is strengthening its management team for Pollini. The Italian fashion group has appointed Corrado Masini as CEO of its ready-to-wear label, succeeding Alessandro Varisco, who left the House at the end of June to head Twin-Set by Simona Barbieri.

Corrado Masini

Corrado Masini will be responsible for strengthening the positioning of Moschino's various lines, as well as coordinating the marketing, operational, commercial and distribution strategies underpinning the brand's international expansion. Masini joins Moschino after a long career in fashion, over the course of which he has honed his marketing, branding, licence development and distribution skills, both at the retail and wholesale level. He acted as Brand General Manager and International Commercial Director for several luxury goods companies.

Lorenzo Panerai

The Aeffe Group will also benefit from the appointment of Lorenzo Panerai as Pollini's COO. He will be in charge of the industrial platform for the development and manufacture of footwear, leather goods and accessories for all of the Group's brands. Panerai has 14 years of experience in the industry, thanks to a career within the Prada Group, most recently as Director Leather Goods Division.

In 2014, the Aeffe Group reported a consolidated revenue of €251.5 million (+0.2% at current exchange rates), compared to €251.1 million in the 2013 fiscal year. Excluding the effects of the distribution reorganisation in Japan and of discontinued licences, revenue would have grown 7.6% at constant exchange rates.
