Zivame hosts grand lingerie festival, plans to double store count
India’s leading intimate wear platform Zivame hosted its semi-annual property ‘The Grand Lingerie Festival’, across their online and offline retail channels from September 4 to 8.
With the festival, Zivame expects its sales to jump ahead of the upcoming festive season and has launched exclusive collections to cater to a wider target group.
Commenting on the festival, Amisha Jain, CEO said, “Our design and product teams have been working very hard to make sure she has the right intimate wear available to pair-it-right with her outerwear. Zivame’s Grand Lingerie Festival will aim to fulfil this need with the widest offerings, innovations and collections across all our categories of lingerie, shapewear, sleepwear, and activewear.”
Zivame has been witnessing strong growth in the Indian market and plans to double its store count in the coming months.
“Zivame’s revenue has grown 63 percent in FY18 to Rs 87 crore ($12.2 million) while FY19 has seen over 50 percent growth in revenue. Zivame brand’s gross sales reached over 220 crore run rate at March ’19 exit. Focusing on an omni-channel strategy, the brand plans to double its store count to 60 as well as expand its presence on online fashion portals in next 8 months,” Jain added.
Zivame had recently raised Rs 60 crore in a bridge funding round led by the equity firm Zodius Technology Fund to fuel its offline expansion.
