Zak Jewels to hold Chennai event in April

Jewellery expo Zak Jewels will hold its 134th edition from April 10 to 12 at the Taj Coromandel in Chennai to present a range of fine jewellery to a business-to-customer audience. 



The upcoming jewellery expo will feature product categories including diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, pearls, precious and semi-precious stones, and gold, platinum, and silver jewellery, it announced on Facebook. The expo will also showcase traditional jewellery crafts including Jadau, Minakari, and Kundan work, among others.
 
For its upcoming edition on Nungambakkam High Road, Zak Jewels Expo expects over 3,000 guests with 36 exhibiting jewellery businesses, according to its 10Times event page. The event will have contactless and free registration for guests.

The fair had recently held an edition in Chennai from January 17 to 19, also at the Taj Coromandel. The fair was Zak Jewels’ 131st edition and featured a wide array of fine jewellery. The events’ 132nd and 133rd editions were in Coimbatore from February 7 to 9 and Hyderabad from February 19 to 21 respectively 
 
Zak Jewels Expo held its first jewellery fair in 1999 and describes itself as India’s “premier business-to-customer exhibition,” according to its website. Zak Jewels holds editions across India and its parent company Zak Trade Fairs and Exhibitions has organised over 700 events globally.
