WK Life opens new store in Mysore

Fashion accessories, electronics, and lifestyle brand WK Life has opened a new brick-and-mortar store in Mysore, its 18th store in India and second in the Karnataka region. 

The new WK Life store in Mysore measures 600 square feet and is located in the city’s Lashkar Mohalla area. The brand is focusing its retail expansion on non-metro cities, including tier 2 and 3 locations, believing these offer significant opportunities for growth. The brand also aims to open more stores in South India in the coming months, Indian Retailer reported. 
 
The new store houses the brand’s range of backpacks, handbags, and accessories, designed for a Gen-Z audience. The store also has a wide range of electronics such as speakers, headphones, and mobile accessories and personal care products including shower gels and lip balms among others. 

“WK Life believes in creating lifestyle stores instead of stores that look like warehouses,”nsaid the brand’s co-founder Rohit Sahni, Indian Retailer reported. “We encourage customers to touch and feel the product before they make up their minds. One of our taglines is ‘come and play with WK Life products’. We are providing a few value-added services including extended warranty offers, delivery, and installation within twenty-four hours of purchasing the product, consumer financing, among others.”
 
UK-based brand WK Life first launched in India in 2018 and has opened stores in locations including Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, and Gurugram among other locations. The brand also has franchise stores which it aims to expand significantly in the coming months.
