The company has already crossed the 100 franchise stores mark and plans to further expand its presence in tier 2, 3 cities in the coming months.

WK Life will also diversify its offerings across categories and plans to sell locally produced items to increase its customer base in India. The brand currently imports most of its products.

“Now, we plan to open as many outlets as quickly as possible. We are introducing more made-in-India products and setting our factories by January-end. We have already identified suppliers and few other companies, which would produce our products,” WK Life co-founder and managing director Rohit Sahni told PTI.

“WK Life has 75 designers on board and it is getting its catalogue designed and curated for the company. The company is also designing products keeping in mind the taste and preferences of its Indian customers,” Sahni added.

WK Life also sells online through its website and e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The brand currently gets around 10 percent of its Rs 25 crore sales from online and aims to increase it to 25 percent through tie-ups with various e-commerce platforms.
