VOI Jeans to expand retail footprint in India, aims to double its revenue

VOI Jeans India is looking to expand its retail footprint across India with an aim to double its revenue by the next financial year.

The brand will be opening around 20 exclusive brand outlets over the next two years with a focus on tier 2, 3 cities in the country. It has earmarked an investment of Rs 20 crore ($3 million) on its retail expansion.
 
Apart from opening exclusive brand outlets, VOI will also be strengthening its presence in multi-brand outlets like Lifestyle and is also in talks with Shoppers Stop to sell its products.

“We want to double our turnover to Rs 100 crore by 2021. We want to add 20 exclusive business outlets in tier 2 cities, of which five will come up in Hyderabad, Nizamabad and major towns of Telangana in the near-term,” Vimal Kumar Kamnani, CEO, VOI Jeans India told Telangana Today.
 
“To double its revenues in India, the brand is looking to expand its presence in tier 2 cities. The firm will also be investing Rs 20 crores in the next two years for launching 20 exclusive outlets as well as for growing its overall business,” he added.
 
VOI currently has 20 exclusive brand outlets and more than 100 shop-in-shops along with a presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
