Voganow’s leather goods brand Brune and Bareskin opened its first brick-and-mortar store on October 20 in Jalandhar’s Model Town Market and has signed cricketer Harbhajan Singh as a brand ambassador.
On Sunday, Brune and Bareskin made its first foray into offline retail. “Extremely delighted to be sharing this with all of you,” the brand posted on Facebook before the launch. “It's because of your love that we've grown in the last five years.”
The new store retails the brand’s selection of leather bags, jackets footwear, and accessories and the blue, gold, and ivory interior features the brand’s signature lion’s head logo. Brune and Bareskin had added this retail channel to its presence on Voganow’s dedicated e-commerce store and a number of multi-brand online retailers including Myntra and Snapdeal.
The brand plans to open two more brick-and-mortar stores by the first half of 2020 in Delhi and Mumbai. Following this, the band plans to launch internationally at the end of next year, founder Tabby Bhatia said in a press release.
Brune and Bareskin has also signed cricketer and celebrity Harbhajan Singh as its brand ambassador. “With this, more people will get to experience the brand and its offerings, especially the ‘customisation’ feature,” Singh said in a media statement at the Jalandhar store opening. “Jalandhar is just the beginning.”
