Vivah Wedding & Lifestyle Expo 2019 tours US

The Vivah Wedding & Lifestyle Expo has commenced its 2019 US tour and will hold its next Indian fashion showcase in the Bay Area, California, on March 17.

Following its Dallas edition on January 20, Vivah will bring its Indian traditional showcase of wedding wear and fashion to the Bay Area, US, next month. The Bay Area event will take place at the Santa Clara Convention Centre and has free entry for all guests.

The Vivah Wedding & Lifestyle Expo describes itself as the most comprehensive Indian wedding fashion event on the West Coast of the US. With the aim that visitors can plan their South Asian wedding in just one day, the event is a business to customer one-stop-shop for weddings. At the upcoming event, designers will sell their wares from stalls, fashion shows will inspire guests, and demonstrations of other wedding services will take place. 

The January edition of Vivah took place in Dallas last month with almost 70 vendor booths, three fashion shows, and even a mock Baraat. The event featured full wedding ceremony set-ups, hair and makeup, mehandi, food, photography, and wedding cakes. Models, who were cast last December at an open casting call, also displayed wedding fashion throughout the venue.

Following the Bay Area edition, Vivah will travel to Sacramento on September 29 for its last showcase of the year. The event is organised by the Wedding and Lifestyle Expo Asiana (WLEA) which was founded in 2006.
