VKC Footwear signs Amitabh Bachchan as brand ambassador

Leading footwear brand VKC has signed actor Amitabh Bachchan as its brand ambassador. This will be the first time the legendary actor has endorsed a footwear brand.
 

VKC Group will soon launch the ‘Celebrate Hard Work’ campaign pan India with the actor. With this association, the brand plans to further strengthen its presence in the Indian market and make inroads in the global footwear market in the coming months.
 
Commenting on the association with the brand, Amitabh Bachchan, in a statement said: “I am proud to associate with VKC and inspire the people of India to ‘Celebrate Hard Work’ to take India on top of the world through our collective spirit of Hard Work. And I am happy that with VKC, I am endorsing a footwear brand for the first time in my career.”

VKC Razak, managing director at VKC Group, added: “VKC Group is honoured to associate with Amitabh Bachchan, the legend of Indian Cinema. I am sure Amitabh Bachchan would not only be a brand ambassador to the VKC Group but also inspire the footwear industry in India to come up with the best products, new fashions, and innovations to compete with China, the global footwear manufacturing leader.”
 
The Kerala-based VKC Group is one of the largest footwear manufacturers in India with brands like VKC Pride, VKC Lite, and VKC Stile, among others.
