V2 Retail expands retail presence with three new stores

Value fashion retailer V2 Retail Limited has strengthened its retail presence with the addition of three new stores across the country.

The company opened stores in Begusarai (Bihar), Malda (West Bengal) and Chapra (Bihar).

In line with company's strategy to evaluate performance over various parameters including store wise profitability, V2 Retail also closed one retail store located at Delhi.

V2 Retail plans to open five stores during the fourth quarter to end the fiscal year with over 100 stores. V2 Retail Ltd reported a net profit to Rs 12 crore ($1.6 million) for the third quarter ended December 2021 with a revenue of Rs 239 crore.

V2 Retail was launched in 2001 and retails womenswear, menswear, and children’s wear. It currently has 98 operational stores across India.
