United Colors of Benetton India joins forces with FM Logistic India

Clothing brand United Colors of Benetton India has partnered with service provider FM Logistic India. FM Logistic will handle Benetton’s omni-channel warehousing operations in the country and facilitate growth for the brand. 

FM Logistic will run United Colors of Benetton’s India omni-channel warehousing operations at its own facility in Haryana’s Farrukhnagar, ET Bureau reported. The business’ facility measures 7 lakh square feet and is a multi-client facility. 
 
“As a fashion brand, we are building a robust supply chain towards the seamless transition of products from the warehouse to retail outlets, and ultimately to consumers, raising their user experience, satisfaction, and loyalty standards across all touch points,” said United Colors of Benetton India’s CEO Ramprasad Sridharan, ET Retail reported. 

FM Logistic will use its technology and sectoral knowledge to support United Colors if Benetton’s growth plans for the Indian market. The business aims to enable Benetton to ameliorate its order fulfilment and offer a wider range of products to shoppers.
 
“FM Logistic will be a key partner for Benetton India on the logistics and supply chain leg of the consumer journey,” said United Colors of Benetton India’s head of supply chain Rajat Dhar. United Colors of Benetton is based in Gurugram for its India operations and first entered the country in 1991.
