Tynimo plans to increase its e-commerce operations’ share of its total sales to account for 30% for total sales by 2024, Indian Retailer reported. By embracing an omni-channel strategy which focuses on online and offline growth, the brand aims to both increase sales and recover from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We feel post-Covid, consumer sentiments have not yet been fully recovered as pre-Covid scenario,” said Tynimo’s marketing head Akshita Jain, India Retailing reported. In order to tailor its product selection to evolving consumer tastes post-lockdown, Tynimo has focused on goods such as masks and other accessories. The brand also undertook a cost-cutting initiative to remove underperforming locations and focus on areas with high demand for its goods.

The brand aims to expand its total airport stores to 15 by 2023 and increase its Store On Wheels to 15 by 2025 as well as open regular outlets. Tynimo is also increasing the number of Indian made products available in store with the aim of supporting local craftspeople.
