Twee in One, which specialises in clothing that is convertible and can be worn in multiple ways to create different looks, in currently expanding its product categories as the business grows. The brand is also in the process of increasing its commitment to sustainable design and now uses organic textiles and is working to reduce textile waste in the garment manufacturing process.

Brand founder and designer Niti Singhal believes that reversible garments encourage sustainable fashion consumption as they can create multiple outfits which allows consumers to purchase a lower volume of clothing. Singhal has already taken her concept to various countries and showcased collections on the runway in London, New York, and India.

“With our products, you don’t just reverse the garment; you reverse your look as well,” Singhal told Your Story about her brand concept in an interview. “I want to make people believe that the best designs are those that are functional and aesthetically pleasing at the same time.”

Designer Niti Singhal launched Twee in One in India in 2017 after working for a number of brands in Italy and studying at Istituto Marangoni in Milan. The brand started with a bootstrapped investment of Rs 8 lakh ($11,326.60) and, in its third year of operations, reported a revenue total of Rs 45 lakh, Singhal told Your Story.
