Trent Ltd expands portfolio with launch of Samoh

Tata Group-owned fashion retailer Trent Ltd has strengthened its portfolio with the launch of an occasion wear brand Samoh.

The brand was launched with its first physical store spread across an area of 1,800 sq ft in Lucknow at Hazratganj.

Trent sees huge growth potential in the occasion wear market with Samoh and plans to further expand its physical presence by opening stores across the country by year-end.

Commenting on the launch, Noel Tata, chairman of Trent Ltd in a statement said, “We are thrilled to announce the launch of Trent Ltd’s premium occasion wear concept Samoh. Samoh range draws inspiration from traditional roots and blends it seamlessly with modern aesthetics.”

“Samoh will undoubtedly provide a compelling touch of luxury and sophistication to our customers, while they shop for their special moments in life,” he added.

The launch of Samoh marks a new chapter for Trent, as the company continues to expand its portfolio of retail brands. Trent Ltd currently operates 211 Westside stores, 326 Zudio stores and 21 stores across other lifestyle concepts.
