Jul 14, 2020
Business-to-business e-commerce platform TradeIndia will hold its first-ever online trade show focused on Covid-19 essential products from August 5 to 7, to connect Indian businesses with international trade partners.
TradeIndia’s upcoming ‘Covid-19 Essentials Expo India’ online trade show will enable Indian importers to network with businesses manufacturing and supplying products used to counter the spread of Covid-19, the business announced on Facebook. These products, such as face masks, protective clothing, and sanitisation products, can then be used by retailers who are operating their stores during the ‘new-normal’.
The trade show will focus on micro, small, and medium enterprises and will feature 3D stalls, designed to create the atmosphere of an in-person event. Interaction between businesses will be facilitated by chat features. The trade show has partnered with media company Value 360 Communications, and it is free to attend.
TradeIndia is based in New Delhi and launched in 1996. The e-commerce marketplace aims to connect Indian businesses with international businesses to facilitate business-to-business trade.
The online store, promoted by Infocom Network Limited, has over 1,538 product categories including apparel, accessories, and footwear, according to its Facebook page.
