Torani reopens flagship store with new store design and collection

Karan Torani’s eponymous traditional wear brand Torani has reopened its flagship store in Khan Market, New Delhi with a vibrant new design and mural. The brand has also released a fashion film for new collection ‘Jhooley’.

 
Torani’s flagship store, now reopened in line with local retail and health and safety regulations, now features a heavily detailed, hand-painted mural which covers the entire façade of the shop.

“Join us as we open doors to a new season of hope, joy and stories at our flagship store in Delhi,” the brand announced on Facebook, unveiling the new store design. The intricate nature-inspired motifs adorning the store also feature printed on textiles in the brand’s new collection. 

The store, which is the brand’s only flagship store and celebrated its first anniversary in February this year, also recently launched the brand’s new collection Jhooley which is inspired by the idea of sisterhood. The collection has vibrant colour palette of mandarin orange, sky blue, and magenta with sequinned details, mismatched floral and zig-zag prints, and a mix of light, sheer textiles and more structured full skirts.  

The collection made its debut with a fashion film by Sutej Pannu. 

“With Jhooley, we bring you stories of real life sisters, raising a toast to their bond, their inseparable friendship,” the brand wrote on Facebook about the film. “And their faith in each other as they save each other from every fall through the swings of life.”
