Toonz Retail strengthens presence in North India, plans to launch more stores in future

​Homegrown kids retail chain Toonz Retail has strengthened its presence in north India with the opening of its new store in the city of Jalandhar in Punjab. This is the company’s third store in the state of Punjab.
 

The new store is located at Malhotra Complex, Model Town, Jalandhar and will house a variety of products for kids including Toonz private labels in apparel like Wowmom, Superyoung, and Superyoung Celebration.
 
Toonz is looking to further strengthen its presence in north India and will be opening more stores in the future. The company also plans to open more stores in new regions across the country.

Commenting on the store opening, Sharad Venkta, managing director & CEO at Toonz Retail India in a statement said, “North India has always been one of the most preferred markets when it comes to expanding our markets. This is our 3rd store in Punjab and we hope to continue launching more stores in the future.”
 
“We have established a strong presence across the country through our quality driven and affordable products. And, this keeps us motivated to tap more and more regions and we are really looking forward to this launch,” he added.
 
Toonz Retail currently has over 100 plus stores spread across 64 cities in 16 states and also sells online through its online portal and other e-commerce websites.
