Titan Eyeplus collaborates with Skyfly for smart eyewear
Titan Ltd’s eyewear division Titan Eyeplus has collaborated with Skyfly to launch smart eyewear in the country as it looks to tap the tech-savvy consumers for future growth in the Indian market.
The smart audio sunglasses will be Bluetooth-enabled and allow users to listen to music with eight-hour playtime. The sunglasses also come with an in-built mic which will allow hands-free calling.
Commenting on the partnership, Shalini Gupta marketing Head at Titan Eyeplus in a statement said, “Titan Eyeplus as a futuristic optical chain understands evolving consumer needs. Today’s consumers want to experiment with their looks and keep technology central to their lifestyle. India is the world’s third-largest market for wearable devices, after the US and China. Companies are investing heavily in technology to gain a larger market share of this booming segment.
Titan Eyeplus currently has over 550 stores across India and also sells online through e-commerce websites.
