Think9 Consumer aims to bolster its brand portfolio across numerous sectors - Alto Nivel

“We are co-creating digital-first brands focusing on high gross margins, high average order value, and profitability,” said the business’ promoter Ashni Biyani in an email interaction with ET Bureau. “Rather than acquiring brands and revenue, we start at the zero-to-one stage, building the brands and business ground up.”

The business is currently in talks with around 12 D2C brands which retail products in categories including clothing, fast moving consumer goods, cosmetics, Ayurvedic goods, home décor, children’t furniture, and general retail. Acquiring a group of D2C brands would enable Think 9 Consumer the opportunity to achieve a ‘house of brands’ style business model.

Ashni Biyani is the daughter of Future Group’s chairman Kishore Biyani. “We are keen to partner with entrepreneurs and people who understand the digital space intuitively,” said Biyani.

The business’ new ventures include Panchamrit, a wellness brand which makes multivitamin gummies, tablets, and strips as well as Kingdom of White, which retails white t-shirts. Think9 is also working with personal care brand Beauty in Everything.
