The Stylist to hold body positivity workshop in Khar boutique

Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop will host a body positivity workshop and resort wear pop-up shopping event at The Stylist in Khar, Mumbai. The event will feature Payal Singhal, Pani, and Kai Swimwear among other brands.

The upcoming interactive workshop and pop-up event will mix panel discussions on body positivity with shopping for the summer season. The free event will take place from May 24 to 25 with discussions scheduled for the first day.

The event’s panel discussion will feature model and designer Gabriella Demetriades as well as Leila, Antara Motiwala Marwah, Priyanka Paul, and Roshni Kumar. The speakers will answer questions on body image issues and give tips on how foster a positive relationship with your body. The talk aims to uplift guests to love themselves as they are, the brand said.

For the pop-up, a selection of resort and swimwear will be on sale from a range of Indian designers. Payal Singhal, who has long championed size-inclusive clothing, will showcase her latest collection in-store as part of the event.   

The Stylist is a multi-brand boutique in Khar, Mumbai. The boutique is run by Purple Style Labs which also runs the Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop e-commerce site and Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio offline retail chain.
