The Stylist hosts Bansri and Tara & I for pop-up event in Khar

Multi-brand boutique The Stylist will host jewellery brand Bansri and womenswear brand Tara & I for a pop-up shopping event on April 25 to launch their latest collections in Khar, Mumbai.

This Thursday, The Stylist will promote two up-and-coming brands to a new audience in Mumbai. The womenswear brand Tara & I will present its spring/summer 2019 collection, which was produced sustainably using pure silk. The collection is wearable and mixes simple silhouettes with fish-scale-esque 3D designs. Cocktail dresses and day-to-evening wear features a colour palette of red, green, and cream.

Bansri’s latest collection, 'Hexocon' was also envisaged with the idea of creating day-to-night pieces decorated with hexagon patterns inside resin-filled pendants. Long necklaces and drop-earrings feature an earthy colour palette of brown, gold, and pearl for a bold but natural look. 

The free event will be open to all shoppers this Thursday at The Stylist on 13th Road, Khar, Mumbai. The event is part of The Stylist and Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio’s spring/summer fashion events schedule, which has featured brands Vaishali S, Cushy, Payal Singhal, Papa Don’t Preach, and Door of Maai, among others. 

The Stylist is a multi-brand fashion boutique owned by Purple Style Labs, the fashion group that acquired Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop and Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio last year.

Purple Style Labs’ CEO Abhishek Agarwal plans to take his growing fashion business overseas with international store openings and events planned for 2019.
