The Overdressed holds shopping festival in New Delhi

The Overdressed by Samiksha and Sonali held a luxury fashion showcase at The Leela in New Delhi on September 7 to showcase festive collections from a selection of brands from New Delhi and Mumbai. 

The Overdressed returned to The Leela on Saturday for a shopping event that covered product categories including festive wear, luxury clothing, accessories, jewellery, and home décor. The event was organised in association with Demonk and welcomed a business-to-customer audience. 

Featured brands included Chakra by Shubhani, Gunu Sahni, Chikankari by Kanika Kapoor, and Pallavi Puri among others. As the event was in collaboration with Demonk Gym, it also featured a fitness fashion section with a range of altheisure and accessories. 

Arpita Mehta also took part and presented her latest collection 'TrenTradition', which she had recently launched on the runway at Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai. The collection has a colour palette of a wide range of pinks, white, and metallics and features Ahir hand-embroidery with mirrors and cowrie fringe detailing, as well as large floral embroidered designs.

The event had previously held an early summer edition of its shopping festival on May 2, also at The Leela. The early summer edition featured a special Varun Bahl showcase and destination wedding ensembles.
