The Natural Wash to launch app to widen its customer base
Personal care brand The Natural Wash (TNW) will launch an app as part of its second-anniversary celebrations.
The app will be accessible on Google play store and the Apple app-store and offer more than 50 products across categories such as skin, hair, lip, and body care.
With the launch of its app, the brand expects to widen its customer base across the country and banking on its affordable price to boost its online sales.
Commenting on the launch, Akshit Goel, managing director at The Natural Wash, in a statement said: "We, at The Natural Wash are very excited about achieving this milestone. We believe the credit goes out to the entire team for embracing this idea and transforming it into reality.”
“In the future, the brand will be offering special discounts to its app users exclusively. In addition to this, for the convenience of consumers, TNW will accept online payments via debit card, credit card, and UPI, as well as cash on delivery. The firm is also working on establishing an easy installment system on the app, which will make customers' buying experience smoother and one to remember,” he added.
The Natural Wash is a personal care brand founded in 2019 by Akshit Goel and Shivangi Goel. The brand also sells through its website and other leading e-commerce platforms in India.
