The Stock Market holds designer showcase at New Delhi’s Hyatt Regency

On April 16, the Stock Market fashion event hosted a spring/ summer designer showcase at the Hyatt Regency hotel in New Delhi to allow shoppers to browse a host of luxury brands’ collections for the spring wedding season. 

The main focus of the business to customer shopping event was festive and occasion wear for the current wedding season. Bridal lehengas, sarees, and embellished kurtas were in ample supply and traditional wear giants Varun Bahl and Vikram Phadnis joined a host of other designers to showcase opulent traditional wear. Other ethnic wear designers that featured at the event included Payal Singhal, Anju Modi, Anita Dongre, Shantanu and Nikhil, Geisha Designs by Paras and Shalini, Kavita Bhartia, Shyam Narayan Prasad, and Suneet Varma among others.

Western wear also featured with designers such as Kukoon presenting smart separates, Rana Gill’s paired down classics, and Payal Singhal presenting nature inspired fusion wear. A total of 36 designers participated in the event and jewellery and accessories also featured. 

The event’s aesthetics were designed by its décor partner Rashinidhi Events. The design was festive and ethereal with delicate lighting and natural elements to welcome the spring season. The event also offered shoppers heavy discounts on the designers’ latest collections with up to 70 percent off many items. The event was founded in 2012 and has put on shopping exhibitions since.
