The Bridal Collective previews Rebecca Dewan collection in Kala Ghoda

Rebecca Dewan debuted her latest collection at The Bridal Collective at Pernia's Pop-Up Studio in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai.

The Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio flagship store at Kala Ghoda hosted Rebecca Dewan as part of its event, The Bridal Collective. Dewan, who is known for her fusion wear, presented a collection full of wedding-wear options.

“I’d say the collection is inspired by my daughter,” said Dewan about her latest designs at the event. “The collection is creatively influenced and developed by my daughter. Each silhouette reflects the many moods of women, and every piece is designed to complement a woman’s beauty.”

Dewan also introduced her upcoming collection at the event, “Mystic Nuah”. The collection, according to the designer, is designed for the Christmas and New Year season and has lots “blingy” festive pieces. Western wear also features prominently.

Rebecca Dewan launched her eponymous brand in September 2016 and went on to be crowned a Times Retail Icon in 2017 in the “Emerging Fashion Designer” category.

Pernia Qureshi launched the Kala Ghoda Pernia's Pop-Up Studio on November 1 this year. The store sells a selection of the designers featured on Qureshi’s e-commerce platform, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop such as Rocky S, House of Masaba, Ridhi Mehra, and Abha Chaudhary.
