“We are looking to scale up the business in the coming years and it will be advantageous to get funding considering we started as a bootstrapped brand,” said The Beauty Co’s founder, Suraj Vazirani, ET Bureau reported.

In order to increase its market share, the business plans to launch 10 new natural beauty products and enter the offline retail market. By focusing on manufacturing products containing natural ingredients, the business aims to capitalise on the increased consumer focus on clean beauty and natural remedies, a trend which has found a lot of popularity during the ongoing pandemic.

“We are optimistic about our next move to expand in the modern and general trade and are thrilled to enter the international markets,” said Vazirani.

“We are expecting to record growth figures in the coming years with our new range of products.”

The Beauty Co launched two years ago and currently retails its products online via platforms including Flipkart, Nykaa, and Amazon, among others. The business named Sejal Kumar as its brand ambassador in late 2020 and she is currently working on an awareness campaign for The Beauty Co.
