TCNS Clothing & Being Human partners for omnichannel operations

TCNS Clothing Company and Being Human Clothing have partnered with e-commerce enablement tool Unicommerce to boost their omnichannel operations across the country.

Unicommerce’s tool enables central management of orders and inventory of online & offline stores which will help these brands minimize their logistics cost.
 
“With the increasing penetration of e-commerce in India, omnichannel is fast becoming a reality in Indian retail. Unicommerce provides a robust omnichannel solution by acting as a perfect middleware, which enables seamless across multiple systems (ERPs, Point of Sale, Website, etc.), in a statement said Kapil Makhija, CEO, Unicommerce.

Saurabh Bansal, head of omnichannel and e-commerce, TCNS, said, “It has always been difficult to manage customer journeys (coming via our own brands’ outlets, website, marketplaces, etc.) in our system. With Unicommerce streamlining our marketplace operations, it was a natural choice for us to extend this solution to our offline stores.”
 
Prashant Bokli, head of IT, Being Human added, “With Unicommerce onboard we aim to further strengthen our omni-channel capabilities & this will also help us follow a systematic approach for our Order System Management.”
 
The company claims that its tool helps brands reduce their logistic cost by about 20 percent coupled with a revenue increase of 8 percent.
