“Having established a strong customer connect and a proven business model, we plan to open 75 stores across India by March 2023 to expand our retail footprint across the country and make Tasva accessible for Indian men who are keen to experience the ready to wear, ergonomic, comfortable attire for every occasion, at affordable price points," said Tasva’s CEO Sandeep Pal, Livemint reported.

Tasva’s most recent store opening was in Bengaluru in the metro’s Jayanagar district. The store is the brand’s fourth in Bengaluru, the city where it counts the most retail outlets. The brand will focus its store expansion plans on the south of the country for the coming months, according to Pal.

Tasva currently counts nine stores spread across Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Indore. The brand launched last year as a partnership between couturier Tarun Tahiliani and apparel and textiles giant Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited with the aim of creating an accessible occasion wear brand for the modern Indian man.

As part of the brand partnership, ABFRL acquired a 33.5% stake in Goodview Properties Private Limited which gave it access to Tarun Tahiliani’s eponymous brand. The launch and subsequent expansion of Tasva is part of ABFRL’s wider expansion plans for the Tarun Tahiliani brand.
