Tarun Tahiliani to hold two showcases for 'The Kashida Collection' in New Delhi

Designer Tarun Tahiliani will launch 'The Kashida Collection' at two showcase events in the capital next week to promote his new, lightweight take on occasion wear.

From December 24 to 25, Tahiliani will launch The Kashida Collection in Delhi with a showcase at his Mehrauli flagship store, the brand announced on Facebook. The collection takes Tahiliani’s signature extravagant aesthetics and reimagines them as lightweight, wearable ensembles using supple textiles and printing methods. 

The second showcase of the collection will take place from December 27 to 28 at Tahiliani’s flagship in luxury mall DLF Emporio in Vasant Kunj. Shoppers will be able to order from the collection for the upcoming spring season. 

Tahiliani recently launched the collection in Mumbai through an exclusive preview event at multi-brand luxury fashion retailer Ensemble on December 16. Tahiliani’s head couture designer attended the event to take appointments with clients and followed up with another Mumbai showcase on December 20.

Tarun Tahiliani launched his eponymous brand in 1990 and specialises in Indian traditional wear. With flagship stores in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, the brand also retails from multi-brand boutiques in India, Japan, the UK, and Nigeria.
