Tanishq launches spring collection in US, plans further North American expansion

Tata Group fine jewellery brand Tanishq has highlighted its commitment to the US market by launching a new green themed spring/ summer 2023 collection in the country. The business plans to continue its brick-and-mortar expansion in the area and open at multiple locations in the US and Canada.

Tanishq’s new curated collection of green-coloured jewellery has launched in the US market, designed to appeal to shoppers in the country with South Asian heritage, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council reported on its website. The collection features diamond and green gemstone necklaces, polki chokers, earrings, and bracelets which cater to US shoppers as the designs can be worn with wither traditional or Western style outfits. 
 
“Tanishq’s latest Spring- Summer curation is a perfect reflection of our commitment to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional jewellery designs,” said Tanishq International’s trend and design head Beate Steinfeld, the GJEPC reported. “The multitude of colours of nature are crafted into the jewellery pieces that pair perfectly with the latest fashion trends. We are excited to offer our trend-forward and discerning US consumers a chic and effortless way to mark the beginning of summer.”

The brand opened its first store in the US in New Jersey in January and announced its plans to expand into multiple locations in both the US and Canada in the near future. Tanishq has reported that its 3,750-square-foot retail space in New Jersey is attracting customers from areas including Virginia, Maryland, Philadelphia, and Boston which shows demand for its jewellery in other US states and cities.
