Tanishq launches ‘Pay from Home’ service to boost sales
With this service, customers will be able to make cash payments for their products from their homes. The service will be piloted during the upcoming elections in key states like Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and West Bengal.
The jeweller plans to later extend this service to other states in India in the coming months.
Speaking on the launch of the unique initiative, Arun Narayan, vice president marketing at Tanishq, in a statement said: “Through ‘Pay from Home’ we are providing two effective solutions. For those who wish to pay by cash, we have tied up with a reputed partner to collect cash from homes in compliance with all regulations whilst offering digital payment options on mobile phones as well.
“Post this, customers can walk into any of our stores and shop at ease for their desired jewellery and avail of our home delivery service as well. With these well-thought-out solutions, Tanishq customers can shop with complete confidence as we take care of both cash collection as well as jewellery delivery,” he added.
