Sunglass Hut opens new store in Lucknow

Multi-brand eyewear retailer Sunglass Hut has opened a new store in Lucknow in Lulu Mall. The new store houses a wide selection of international eyewear brands in the luxury and bridge-to-luxury segments of the market.

“Get ready to shade your eyes in style at Lulu Mall Lucknow’s newest addition Sunglass Hut,” announced Lulu Mall on Facebook. “We can’t wait to see you turn up the heat this season!”

The store has an open façade and brightly lit interior with natural wood and grey accents. The sunglasses are organised by brand and the store features dedicated sections for luxury brands Burberry, Versace, Prada, Bulgari, and Emporio Armani. The store also has a large portion of its space dedicated to Ray Ban’s women’s and men’s lines and also features brands Vogue Eyewear, Ralph Lauren Eyewear, and Oakley among others.

Sunglass Hut first entered the Indian market in 2013. Last year, Reliance Industries Limited’s Reliance Brands acquired the franchise rights to Sunglass Hut from DLF Brands and is now in charge of its stores and retail expansion in the country.

Present in a range of countries including Mexico, Canada, the UK, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand among others, Sunglass Hut is based in Florida, US. The business was founded in 1971.
