Sugar Cosmetics launches new campaign with actors Ranveer Singh, Tamannaah Bhatia
Beauty brand Sugar Cosmetics has launched a new campaign titled ‘Shukar Hain Sugar Hain’ with actors Ranveer Singh and Tamannaah Bhatia.
The campaign includes a television advert which will be aired nationwide in five languages including Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu across over 50 prime electronic channels.
The campaign will also be amplified across various mainstream digital, social media channels, OTT, and various retail touchpoints.
With this campaign, and pan-India popularity of the actors, Sugar Cosmetics aims to strengthen its connection with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
Commenting on the campaign, Vineeta Singh, co-founder CEO of Sugar Cosmetics in a statement said. “At Sugar, we believe in making beauty fun, accessible and constantly aim at creating clutter-breaking personas. Both Tamannaah Bhatia and Ranveer Singh are a dynamic duo that have a meaningful connection with Gen Z and millennial audiences and resonate with our brand values.”

Sugar Cosmetics launched in 2015 as a direct-to-customer online beauty brand and it stepped into brick-and-mortar retail in 2017. The brand reports annual sales of over Rs 550 crore ($69 million) and has added new product lines ranging from travel accessories to makeup pouches among others.
