Stuart Weitzman returns to Madrid with a new boutique

Stuart Weitzman is opening a new store in Madrid, Spain, at 13 Jorge Juan Street, next to other upmarket brands such as Loewe and Hackett.

The new boutique is Stuart Weitzman’s second store in the country following a boutique on Barcelona’s Paseo de la Gracia. It also marks the return of the brand to Spain, after it closed a boutique in Madrid in 2010, according to Expansion.

The footwear label, part of the American group Coach since May, closed its last fiscal year with revenue of €250 million (about $268 million). It has presence in 70 countries with directly-owned retail points as well as concessions stores, and headquarters in Alicante, Spain.
